Always Alone

Come home on a Tuesday,
Nothing happened again.
Down low in my spirit,
Can't get a smile again.

Happens every week,
She passes me by.
I love her so much,
But she don't say hi.

Everynight I pray,
That I can find a way
To say what I wanna say,
Next Tuesday.

Confuses me much,
I wonder why.
I just can't say it,
I can't even try.

Someday, someway,
I'll tell her the facts,
But my tongue is just always
Tied to the tracks.

Dream after dream,
It's so easy then.
Every single time
She likes me again.

If only in life
The course were the same.
She'd easily end up
With my last name
