Every Sunday afternoon, after the morning service at their church, the Pastor and his 11-year-old son would go out into their town and hand out Gospel tracts. This particular Sunday afternoon, as it came time for the Pastor and his son to go to the streets with their tracts, it was very cold outside as well as pouring down rain. The boy bundled up in his warmest and driest clothes and said "Okay Dad, I'm ready."

His Pastor Dad asked, "Ready for what?

"Dad, it's time we gather our tracts together and go out."

Dad responds, "Son, it's very cold outside, and it's pouring down rain."

The boy gives his Dad a surprised look, asking, "But Dad, aren't people still going to Hell, even though it's raining?"

Dad answers, "Son, I am not going out in this weather."

Despondently the boy asks, "Dad, can I go? Please?"

His father hesitated for a moment but said, "You can go. Here are the tracts; be careful, son."

Also added were Memo from God and Struggle of the Butterfly. The Socrates page has also been made mobile-friendly. Thanks.

It was a cold winter's day that Sunday. The parking lot to the church was filling up quickly. I noticed as I got out of my car that fellow church members were whispering among themselves as they walked to the church. As I got closer, I saw a man leaned up against the wall outside the church. He was almost lying down as if he was asleep. He had on a long trench coat that was almost in shreds and a hat topped his head, pulled down so you couldn't see his face. He wore shoes that looked 30 years old, too small for his feet. With holes all over them, his toes stuck out. I assumed this man was homeless and asleep, so I walked on by through the doors of the Church. (Read the rest on the new page called The Least of These that has been added to the Christian Stories page.)

Also added were God's Wings and Taste of the Apple. The Opinion Articles page has been made mobile-friendly. Opinion Articles are original content made by me or saved online conversations. Enjoy.

A few years ago, a group of salesmen went to a regional sales convention in Chicago. They had assured their wives that they would be home in plenty of time for Friday night's dinner. In their rush, with tickets and briefcases in hand, moving quickly through the airport terminal, one of these salesmen inadvertently kicked over a table which held a display of apples. Apples flew everywhere. Without stopping or looking back, they all managed to reach the plane in time for their nearly missed boarding. (Read the rest on the new page called Apples that has been added to the Christian Stories page.)

Also added were God's Cake and God's Song. The Funny Chat Logs page has been added to the ranks of mobile-friendly pages. The funny chat logs are based on real conversations, so they are original content that you won't find anywhere else. Thanks for visiting.

A little girl walked to and from school daily. Though the weather that morning was questionable and clouds were forming, she made her daily trek to the elementary school. As the afternoon progressed, the winds whipped up along with thunder and lightning. The mother of the little girl felt concerned that her daughter would be frightened as she walked home from school, and she herself feared that the electrical storm might harm her child.

Following the roar of thunder, lightning, like a flaming sword, would cut through the sky. Full of concern, the mother quickly got into her car and drove along the route to her child's school. As she did so, she saw her little girl walking along, but at each flash of lightning, the child would stop, look up and smile. Another and another were to follow quickly, and with each, the little girl would look at the streak of light and smile.

When the mother's car drove up beside the child, she lowered the window and called to her.

"What are you doing? Why do you keep stopping?"

The child answered, "I am trying to look pretty; God keeps taking my picture."

May God bless you today as you face the storms that come your way.

The above is a new page on the Christian Stories page called Smile. Also added were 10 Guidelines and Highway Angel. The Christian Links, Inspirational Stories, Funny Stories, Funny Pictures, Poems, and Fiction Stories pages have also been made mobile-friendly. The rest should be soon to follow. Enjoy.

I have made the Christian Stories section of the site mobile-friendly, at least according to Google, and I have added 6 new pages to that section. They are Calling God, Only Son, Pumpkin, God With Us, McDonald's Breakfast, and Meeting God. Also coming over to Christian Stories from the Bible Study section are Heaven, Penalty, Better, Discontent but Content, Faith and Action, Lost Loved Ones, Pets and the Bible, Prayer, Sin Avoidance, and They Know Not What They Do. Please share any issues or comments about mobile-friendliness or anything else on the forum or email me. Thanks.

I have added 2 new links to the Christian Links page. They are to a page called Net Burst and Net Burst's Daily Quote Facebook Page. Net Burst is an amazing Christian site discussing numerous issues from a Biblical perspective. The site's founder, Grantley Morris, is someone I admire. His writing is so insightful and lines up with scripture and common sense. Yet, he presents his ideas with a humble attitude, encouraging readers to consider carefully with prayer whether they agree with the Biblical accuracy of his statements. I feel like Mr. Grantley Morris is someone I can trust.

I edited the Creation and Logic pages on the Opinion Articles page. I spent several weeks discussing the content of these pages with Pat Goltz, a co-founder of the group Feminists for Life, when I submitted my Abortion Page to her Right to Life WebRing, and some of my changes were made as a result of those discussions.
