Written in 1997.

About her I know
Much detail.
She is my
Preferred female.

Just as the moon
Circles the earth,
I'm her satellite,
For what it's worth.

If she slept beside me
On my bed,
I'd only watch
And wish to wed.

Finally dialed
That annoying two.
Everything from here
Is new.

Reality starts
When the number is dialed.
Gotta check my attitude
And keep it mild.

Because of someone
Who was there before,
My full force is
Behind a locked door.

If only I
Could find that key,
Before I hang me
From a tree.

Confusion reigns
And that's not all,
My self-esteem's
Beyond a wall.

Everything I am
Suffers for her.
Think I care?
It's all just a blur.

Too much sadness to share
That no one will take.
It could fill everyone
And still sadness make.

If I shared with everyone,
They'd take their own lives,
But I'd save myself.
I'd hide all the knives.

I can't kill myself.
It's simple, you see.
There might be a chance
She'd find time for me.
