I wrote this poem at P.E.P. in the 8th grade. This is the poem that was included in the Christmas edition of the school newspaper since the P.E.P. teacher didn't think the first one was good enough.

Snow covers ground,
Snow blocks out sky.
Snow in the freezer,
Don't ask me why.

Flakes of snow,
Sounds like a cereal.
Some people eat it,
Maybe for a small meal.

Snow on the pavement,
Snow on the road,
A lot to me,
More than I've known.

Snow gets frozen,
Hard as ice.
Go ice skating
And roll the dice.

Much sense this makes,
None at all.
I wonder if it's ever snowed in fall.
